It is free to register for an account and at no point will we, shopcoopons llc., directly ask for your credit card information. Our purpose is to provide a source where you can print and access deals and coupons without pre-paying. An account needs to be created in order to access our coupons to avoid coupon abuse. In order to claim a coupon, you will need to create an account. In order to create an account you will need to provide some information including your email address. By creating an account you are agreeing that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You further agree that the account is under one name. Claimed coupons can either be printed from the webpage or displayed on your mobile phone. Coupons or deals must be redeemed entirely in one visit to the Merchant. Coupons and deals are not redeemable for cash unless mentioned in the deal. The use of a coupon or deal for alcoholic beverages is at the sole responsibility of the Merchant and at the discretion of the Merchant to use in accordance with applicable law. Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions, unless acceptable by Merchant. Coupons or deals may not be used for taxes, tips, prior balances and/or shipping or handling, as applicable. The merchant, not Shopcoopons llc., is ultimately responsible for collecting and accepting your coupon. Neither Shopcoopons llc. nor the Merchant is responsible for lost or stolen coupons. Duplicate use, sale or trade of a coupon or deal is prohibited. Any charges from your wireless carrier, Internet service provider or other method of Internet or data access is your sole responsibility. The last day to use a coupon is the expiration date printed on the coupon. No coupon will be accepted after its expiration date.

Limitation of Liability

You hereby release us from all claims or liabilities related to the advertiser’s products, any action by the merchant, or the merchant’s failure to comply with applicable law and terms on the coupon/deal. These obligations will survive any termination of the Terms.
Your use on this website confirms your acceptance of this agreement and is effective as set forth herein and shall continue until terminated. You acknowledge and agree that if you violate any part of this agreement, Shopcoopons llc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the website and this agreement and suspend your account, as well as discarding and removing any content. A notice will be sent to you if your account and agreement has been terminated. Your access to the website will also be terminated if it is found that you have infringed on another person’s intellectual property or other rights. Shopcoopons also reserves the right to discontinue the website, or any other content including advertisements, with or without notice. You agree that Shopcoopons llc. is not liable for any termination of accounts or access to the website or removal of content and advertisements. Shopcoopons has the right to terminate or suspend your account or use of searching or posting jobs should you violate the terms and agreement written on the Shopcoopons site or on any official Shopcoopons document. Shopcoopons is also not responsible for the accuracy of the contents of the jobs or the safety of the posted jobs. As a job poster or job searcher, you are ultimately responsible for the confidentiality of your account, which includes your password and email address. If you believe an unauthorized user is accessing and utilizing your account you are required to inform Shopcoopons immediately. You (user) are ultimately responsible for all actions that occur under your account. You acknowledge and agree to not post any illegal activities, which includes but is not limited to: money laundering, weapons, prostitution, sexually related, violent, racism, etc. A third party is not allowed to apply for jobs for someone else or post a job on an employer’s behalf on the Shopcoopons site. You are responsible for the accuracy of forms, contents, quality, security and safety of your job postings and your resume on the Shopcoopons site. Businesses/employers are responsible for all job postings displayed on the site. Members can login to view their postings and resumes. You also have the choice to edit and/or delete information. We, Shopcoopons, will not be liable for any job posts, editing or deletion. Shopcoopons reserves the right to revise, terminate any terms or policies without previous notice. We also reserve the right to not accept any coupons or job postings for any reason.
